Aluminium stone composition is total different as silica quartz, silica quartz is made of 93% quartz sand, 7% resin, but aluminium stone is made of 40% quartz sand, 48% aluminium sand and 12% resin,So the silica weight is not more than other single material.

Dolomite stone made of about 40% quartz sand, 48%dolomite sand and 12% resin, So the silica weight is not more than other single material.

Anti-dumping Ruling:

So from the anti dumping ruling, aluminium stone and dolomite stone, the silica is not more than other single material. So the aluminium stone and dolomite stone are not in anti-dumping. 

And also alunimium stone, although we call it aluminium stone, but anti dumping is not for the name of the product, anti dumping is for the composition and HS Code. So even if we call it aluminium stone, but becasue the composition is total different as silica quartz, So aluminium stone is not in anti dumping.
